Welcome to the website of Vedic Sadhana Enterprises ("we", "us", "our", or "Company"). By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Payments

• The product (Digital Jaap Counter) is offered at a special pricing of ₹150 with free delivery across India.
• All orders must be prepaid. Payments are accepted securely via the Razorpay payment gateway before shipment.
• Orders will be dispatched for shipping only after payment confirmation is received.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days across India.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate address details and a valid PIN code. Any delivery failures resulting from incorrect information will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Replacement Warranty

• If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective unit at the time of delivery, you may claim a free replacement by contacting us within 7 days of delivery.
• Under ordinary circumstances, we do not offer cash refunds. Defective units are resolved strictly through a free brand-new replacement.

4. Intellectual Property

• All product images, web design layouts, text content, and logos are the intellectual property of Vedic Sadhana Enterprises. Unauthorized commercial replication is strictly prohibited.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of these terms or transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts of Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
